Branch Manager

Below is the qualifications we are looking for
- Lead and oversee Relationship Managers and Executives managing diverse investments and broking instruments (equity, commodity, etc.).
- Strategize and implement monthly sales plans.
- Assign tasks based on team strengths and skillsets and leverage team skillsets to generate revenue across various stock market products.
- Spearheaded center profitability by optimizing sales productivity and implementing cost-reduction strategies in targeted areas.
- Administer branch operations and maintain a professional decorum.
- Assess daily staff activities, ensuring alignment with established targets.
- Cultivate positive relationships with different branches and enhance overall branch performance.
- Foster and sustain healthy client relationships.
- Ensure strict compliance with Exchanges, company, branch activities and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience as a Branch Manager in a Stock broking firm.
- Capable of achieving branch targets and driving the team to achieve their targets.

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Mode: WFO

**Salary**: 5-6LPA

Interview mode can be virtual only or a mix of virtual and face-to-face depending on the interviewer's availability at that time.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
