As an Equity Dealer, you will play a crucial role in executing trades, managing client relationships, and providing insightful market analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute equity and derivative trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and strategic trading recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, news, and economic data to provide informed trading strategies and investment advice.
- Utilize trading software and platforms to analyze market conditions and execute trades efficiently.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on trading activity, portfolio performance, and market insights to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to trading and client interactions.
- Stay updated on changes in market conditions, regulations, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 5 years of experience as an Equity Dealer, Relationship Manager, or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: NISM Series VIII Certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of capital markets, equity trading, and derivative instruments.
- Proficiency with trading software and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- **Additional**: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
