**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audits of stock brokers, authorized persons, and depository participants in compliance with the rules and regulations prescribed by SEBI, stock exchanges, and depositories.
- Review and analyze operational processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in performing compliance gap analyses and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated with amendments and updates to SEBI, exchange, and depository regulations to ensure accurate and current audit practices.
- Collaborate with the audit team to plan and execute audit engagements effectively.
- Maintain organized and accurate working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide clarification on audit queries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in audit or compliance, especially in the financial markets, will be an advantage.
- **Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with SEBI regulations, stock exchanges, and depository operations.
- Basic understanding of financial and operational audits.
- Basic understanding of Stock Market
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Should able to speak English)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
