**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counseling**:

- Provide accurate information about colleges, courses, entrance exams, eligibility, scholarships, and admission timelines.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to offer personalized counseling.

**Admissions Process**:

- Support students through entrance test registrations.

**Lead Management**:

- Handle inquiries generated via marketing campaigns, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and counseling.

**Outreach & Promotion**:

- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and seminars.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Education/Counseling/Psychology preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Indian higher education systems and admission cycles.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Google Workspace).

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, 6 days/week (peak seasons may require extended hours)

**Salary Range**:

- ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience) + performance-based incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,589.58 - ₹26,892.16 per month
