**Location**: Dwarka Expressway Gurugram

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED, RESIDING IN GURUGRAM OR DWARKA, NEW DELHI**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Provide comprehensive information to prospective students and their families about the institution's programs, admissions process, and financial aid options.
- **Application Support**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and high school counsellors.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective student interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as Financial, Academic Advising, and Student Services to ensure a seamless admission process for students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented environment is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
