**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor (Male)

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Experience**: 1 - 2 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely and effective communication to close admissions.
- Maintain updated records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Represent the institution during **admission drives, seminars, and educational fairs**.
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets.
- A **Bachelor’s degree** (in any discipline); background in Education, Business, or Counseling is a plus.
- **1-2 years of experience** in admissions, counseling, telesales, or academic advising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Confident, well-groomed, and persuasive personality.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
