We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Admission Counsellor to join our team and help guide parents through the admission process.

**Position Overview**: As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families. You will play a vital role in creating a positive, reassuring, and informative experience for parents seeking to enroll their toddler in our preschool. Your role will be to provide clear guidance, answer questions, and address any concerns in a gentle and empathetic manner, ensuring that parents feel confident and supported throughout the decision-making process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians interested in enrolling their toddler at our preschool.
- Provide detailed information on our programs, curriculum, and the benefits of choosing our preschool for their child’s early education.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with parents to understand their needs, expectations, and address any concerns.
- Guide parents through the admission process, including forms, deadlines, and any necessary documentation.
- Build trust and rapport with parents through empathetic communication, listening carefully to their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the teaching and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless enrollment experience.
- Help parents understand the importance of early childhood education and the unique features of our preschool that support a child’s growth and development.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families to address any further questions and assist in finalizing enrollment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an admissions, customer service, or counseling role, preferably within an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with parents, creating an atmosphere of trust and understanding.
- A kind, patient, and empathetic nature, especially when working with parents who may have concerns about their child’s early education.
- A passion for working with children and a genuine interest in helping families make informed decisions about their child's education.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage admission paperwork and schedules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Preschool academic counselling: 1 year (preferred)
