The Order Intake and Management Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing, and managing customer orders related to flexible packaging products.

This role requires close communication with clients, production teams, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for flexible packaging materials (e.g., pouches, laminated rolls, sachets).

Accurately input customer orders into the ERP or order management system.

Review order details such as quantity, specifications, lead time, and delivery instructions.

Coordinate with the production planning and design departments to ensure timely processing and manufacturing of orders.

Track order status and proactively update customers on progress or delays.

Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.

Handle order modifications, cancellations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer interactions and orders.

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.

**Requirements**:
Graduation and above

A good amount of experience in order processing, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with flexible packaging materials and production terminology is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [insert relevant languages].

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
