Purchase Executive

**Position**: Purchase Executive (On-roll)

**Location**: Hirehalli, Tumkur

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure the best price for quality materials.
- Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring all procurement processes are followed.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock without overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with various departments (production, logistics, finance) to determine supply needs and schedules.
- Track order delivery, ensure timely shipments, and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, receipts, and supplier agreements.
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (e.g., CPSM, CPIM).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
