**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled International Debt Recovery Specialist to manage and recover outstanding debts from clients across various regions. This role requires a deep understanding of international financial regulations, negotiation skills, and cultural sensitivity to effectively resolve debt issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Recovery Strategy**: Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies tailored to international markets.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and payments in our CRM system.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international debt collection laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with legal teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate the recovery process.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on recovery progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends and economic conditions that may affect debt recovery efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Grad or Under Grad.
- years of experience in debt recovery, credit management, or a related field, preferably with international exposure.
- Strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance issues.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in [languages required, if any].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with collections software and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with various cultural approaches to negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and legal documentation related to debt recovery.
