Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible in providing administrative support in the areas of Accounts/Human Resource/Helpdesk
- Oversees and ensure the management and implementation of internal controls and adherence to the company's standard policies and procedures
- Perform office administrative functions for internal operation, external customer and supplier
- Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in either Admin/Accounts/Human Resource field
- Knowledge of accounting & payroll system, service desk and task management would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and willing to learn
- Able to interact will all levels of employees
- Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written
- Must be Malaysian citizen
- Possess own transport
