**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain products and services related to solar energy (residential/commercial).
- Handle customer inquiries regarding solar panel installation, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain call records and update the CRM with customer interactions.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; Basic English is a plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
