**1. Production Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day moulding operations to ensure production targets are met.

**2. Quality Control**
- Ensure moulds are made to specification, tolerances, and surface finish requirements.
- Identify and resolve defects such as sand drop, blowholes, mismatch, or core shift.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to minimize scrap and rework.

**3. Process Improvement**
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Optimize moulding processes to reduce cycle time and material waste.
- Suggest and test improvements in moulding materials (sand mix, binders, etc.).

**4. Workforce Management**
- Train and mentor moulding team members in best practices and safety.
- Monitor performance and enforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.
- Schedule shifts, breaks, and overtime according to production demands.

**5. Maintenance Coordination**
- Ensure routine maintenance of moulding equipment such as jolt-squeeze machines, sand mixers, and mould handling systems.
- Report any equipment malfunction to the maintenance team and coordinate repairs.

**6. Health & Safety**
- Enforce workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Respond to incidents or accidents and report them appropriately.
- Plan and allocate work to moulding workers and machine operators.
- Monitor the moulding line(s) for quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
