  • Supervise and lead a team of moulding machine operators and technicians.
  • Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize moulding processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot moulding machine issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Set up moulding machines and adjust parameters to maintain product quality.
  • Oversee the installation and removal of moulds and dies.
  • Ensure that moulded parts conform to product specifications and quality standards.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations in the moulding department.
  • Maintain accurate production and downtime records.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Work closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of moulds, tools, and raw materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
