Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Moulding Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Moulding Supervisor will oversee and manage daily moulding operations, ensure production efficiency, and uphold quality standards. Core responsibilities will include coordinating production planning, supervising manufacturing processes, and monitoring compliance with operational standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support seamless production workflows.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient and optimized workflows
• Strong understanding of Quality Control to uphold product quality standards
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee and improve production processes
• Ability to lead teams, problem-solve in high-pressure situations, and communicate effectively
• Experience in the casting or manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field is an advantage
