**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate PTFE moulding machines (compression / automatic / semi-automatic) to produce components as per production requirements.
- Load and unload moulds, ensuring correct alignment and settings.
- Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) and adjust as required for optimum performance.
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Maintain production records, daily logs, and reports on machine performance and output.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines, tools, and work area.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in mould changeovers, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic, or relevant field (preferred not required).
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in PTFE moulding / plastic moulding / compression moulding operations. Knowledge of PTFE properties, filled grades, and handling techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit to handle machine operations and raw material handling.
- Team player with attention to detail and strong work ethics.

**Work Environment**
- Location: Factory / Manufacturing unit.
- Shift-based work may be required.
- Use of PPE (gloves, mask, safety shoes) is mandatory.
