**Responsibilities**:
Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and prepare the blow moulding machine for production runs, ensuring all settings are calibrated according to toy specifications.
Operate the machine to produce plastic toy components with precision and consistency.
Monitor the production process to detect any defects or inconsistencies in the output.

Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks on the plastic toy products to ensure they meet the required standards.
Identify and address any issues with product quality, making necessary adjustments to the machine settings as needed.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Perform routine maintenance on the blow moulding machine to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Safety Compliance:Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and quality checks performed during each shift.

Collaboration:Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of plastic toy components.
Communicate effectively with other team members to address any issues that may arise during production.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Blow Moulding Machine Operator in a plastic manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic toys production.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and operating blow moulding machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.

Quality-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality plastic toy components.
Commitment to maintaining product consistency and meeting quality standards.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues with the blow moulding machine.
Quick problem-solving skills to address any production-related challenges.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements: Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy materials.

**Salary**:

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
