**Performance Marketer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Monitor and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between performance marketing and overall brand strategy.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive or in a similar role with a strong track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
