**Job Title**: Telecaller - IT Product Sales
**Location**: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
**Salary**: ₹15000 - ₹35000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
**Department**: Sales & Business Development
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Team Leader
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our range of IT products (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
- Build rapport with prospective customers and qualify leads based on their business needs.
- **Product Pitching & Conversion**:
- Effectively pitch IT products and services, emphasizing the benefits and value propositions tailored to the customer’s business.
- Address client queries, explain product features, and offer tailored solutions that meet their IT requirements.
- Convert leads into sales by closing deals over the phone or guiding the lead through the next steps.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the offered solutions.
- Follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication and assisting in the decision-making process.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, ensuring consistent and predictable sales performance.
- Keep track of sales performance and report results to management regularly.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional IT solutions or related products to existing customers.
- Promote and suggest relevant add-ons that would enhance the customer’s IT infrastructure or improve their business operations.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the IT industry and product updates.
- Understand technical aspects of the IT products being sold, so you can effectively explain and demonstrate their value to customers.
- **Lead Management & CRM Usage**:
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure proper documentation of client needs and product requirements for the sales team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
