**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential students through databases, social media, and other lead sources.
- Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce the courses and services.
- Provide detailed information about various courses, curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits.
- Address queries and concerns of potential students regarding course content, career prospects, and enrollment procedures.
- eep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM system
- Promote upcoming events, workshops, and webinars organized by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Prior working experience in the same will be a plus.

Schedule:

- Day shift
