Have 2 to 8 years of experience. Should be comfortable in travelling to customer locations regularly for orders and business promotions.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Understand client needs, develop and deliver products to address customer requirements, seek feedback from clients on services provided, and constantly monitor and review quality benchmarks/norms to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

2) Propose new concepts, collections and products to customers.

3) Coordinate with design dept. for new R&D. Research work and make presentations on trends, looks and sourcing for new sample line development.

4) Create effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales and collection targets and Generating Leads as per set targets for week/month.

5) Continuous need identification and presenting of relevant business proposals in coordination with the Sales team to increase the share of Available / Existing Business.

6) Making Excel sheets for pricing and managing contracts, invoicing, billing and collections.

7) Collaborate with all relevant units (production, diamond departments, design, and accounts) for streamlining and monitoring the management of all orders.

8) Attending jewellery exhibitions for buying/research and visiting old and new customers for sales

**Required Skills**:
Background in customer service; Jewellery industry knowledge is a plus along with good understanding of diamond jewellery, diamonds and sales process

Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms. Knowledge of SmartJewel ERP of Gatisoft would be an added advantage

Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

English Fluency is a must.

Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

A customer-oriented attitude

Good understanding of IT (website, price estimates, etc).
