**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Academy of Robotics team to plan and deliver interactive robotics STEM classes for students in primary and secondary schools.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, guiding students in building and programming robots using pre-designed kits and tools.
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can explore scientific concepts and develop problem-solving skills.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the age group and learning abilities of the students, ensuring all students receive adequate attention and support.
- Assist in setting up and organizing the necessary robotics equipment and materials for each class session.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and effective communication among students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their robotics skills and understanding.
- Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring the proper handling of robotics equipment.
- Communicate with school staff, parents, and the Academy of Robotics team to address any concerns or queries related to the robotics classes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of basic science concepts.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
- Passion for working with children and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and handle diverse student groups.
- Patience and the ability to provide individualized attention to students with varying skill levels.
- Availability to work part-time / full-time, including weekdays, as per the scheduled robotics classes.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with children is preferred, but not required.

**Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
