**Key Responsibilities**:
STEM Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and interdisciplinary STEM lessons that integrate basic science concepts with technology, engineering, and mathematics, aligning with educational standards.

Instructional Delivery: Deliver interactive and hands-on STEM lessons that stimulate student curiosity and promote active learning. Integrate basic science knowledge into STEM activities, projects, and experiments.

Science Concepts Integration: Incorporate basic science concepts into STEM lessons to help students understand the scientific foundations behind various technological and engineering principles.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, tracking their progress in understanding basic science concepts within STEM contexts. Provide constructive feedback and support students' individual growth.

Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes collaboration, respect, and active participation. Manage classroom resources effectively, including STEM materials and equipment.

Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in STEM education. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional strategies and deepen knowledge of basic science concepts.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on student progress, highlighting science-related achievements, and encouraging parental involvement in STEM initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic science concepts across multiple disciplines.
- Familiarity with technology tools and resources used in STEM education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in project-based learning and interdisciplinary instruction.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for integrating science into STEM education.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' diverse needs.
