Organizing Value-Adding Sessions: o Pitch and conduct complimentary sessions in schools, focusing on storytelling, DIY art and craft, STEM activities, language skills, and more. o Customize sessions to align with the school’s needs and interests. 4. Market Insights and Feedback: o Gather feedback from schools on educational needs and preferences to refine Pegasus’s offerings. o Identify trends and areas for future product development. 5. Performance Targets: o Successfully engage with a minimum of 100+ schools per month. o Deliver 30+ value-adding sessions and convert 5-10 schools/month into paid model within three months. 6. Reporting and Analytics: o Maintain detailed records of school engagements, feedback, and outcomes. o Provide monthly progress reports to the management team
