**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Development & Implementation**:

- Design and deliver **STEAM and robotics-based lesson plans** tailored to different age groups (Primary, Middle, and High School).
- Develop **hands-on projects and interactive activities** that align with educational objectives.
- Integrate **coding, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), 3D printing, and electronics** into lesson plans.
- Create a **structured learning pathway** for students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Stay updated with the **latest technologies and advancements in STEM education**.

**2. Teaching & Training**:

- Conduct **engaging workshops and training sessions** on robotics, coding, and engineering concepts.
- Teach students **block-based programming (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor)** and text-based programming (Python, C++, Java).
- Guide students in **building and programming robots using platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, VEX Robotics, etc.**:

- Foster **teamwork and collaboration** in classroom activities and competitions.

**3. Hands-on Learning & Innovation**:

- Conduct **STEM challenges, hackathons, maker activities, and robotics competitions** to stimulate creativity.
- Support students in **developing their own prototypes and innovations** using 3D printing and AI-based tools.
- Organize and supervise **science fairs, innovation expos, and technology-driven events**.
- Provide guidance for **school-based and national/international robotics competitions** like FLL (First LEGO League), WRO (World Robot Olympiad), and others.

**4. Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Assess **students' understanding and project outcomes** through quizzes, hands-on activities, and performance evaluations.
- Provide **constructive feedback and improvement strategies** for students.
- Prepare **progress reports** and track student learning outcomes.
- Identify students who show exceptional talent in STEM fields and provide **mentorship for advanced projects**.

**5. Collaboration & Engagement**:

- Work closely with **school administrators, teachers, and IT staff** to integrate STEAM education into the curriculum.
- Conduct **teacher training programs** to build STEM capacity among educators.
- Coordinate with **parents and community stakeholders** to promote STEM initiatives.
- Participate in **education conferences, tech events, and networking opportunities** to stay updated on industry trends.

**6. Lab Management & Safety**:

- Set up and maintain **STEM labs, robotics kits, coding software, and other technical equipment**.
- Ensure proper **handling and safety protocols** in STEM laboratories.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to **robotics kits, software, and hardware**.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
