• Developing Strong Expertise in the Field of Coding, Embedded Systems, Microcontroller, Robotics, Firmware/Programming around 8 Bit/32 bit microcontrollers and IoT based sensors, Assembling & Operating Drones if required.
• Doing regular visit to schools wherever required and provide mentorship to students and if required to the teachers as well.
• Manage the day-to-day Planning, Schedules, operation and problem-solving of a team of Engineers.
• Effectively track and analyse the performance of individual team members and provide effective coaching and feedback Compiling all External and Internal reports Act as the communication conduit between team and management.
• Effectively implement HR and Operations policies, and drive people to adhere to schedule Problem Resolution, as well as to make recommendations on process development based on analysis and customer and team feedback.
• To nurture Innovation and Creativity at K12 School Level students by mentoring and helping them to develop Innovative Embedded Projects with the use of technology in delivery of curricula through a variety of instructional methods (hardware, software and Internet resources in support of learning).
• Organizes, develops, and coordinate special STEM Engineering and Technology based events/activities.
• Always willing to innovate newer Technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Advanced Processor Programming.
• Provide online training to students on Scratch, Web Development & Python and should be well versed with the Platforms like Scratch, MIT App Developer, TinkerCad.
• Process documentation and prepare reports related to Business Development, PFMS and other activities if required.
• Must be Flexible to work in Different timings.
• Eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong team player and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others in team.
• Strong in verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Improve the existing technology.

• BSc (Electronics/Electrical), MSc (Electronics/Electrical), BEd (Technical Background), Diploma, B.Tech or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Specific skills- Basic Electronics, Arduino Uno Microcontroller.
• Good to have Knowledge of Raspberry Pi, IoT Sensors, ARM Processor, Node MCU etc.
• Language- Basic of C & Python
