Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate
STEM Faculty
to lead hands-on learning sessions at our partner schools in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a maker's mindset — able to teach, inspire, and mentor students in innovation-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging
    hands-on sessions
    on robotics, coding, electronics, 3D printing, and related STEM modules.
  • Facilitate
    project-based learning
    (PBL) experiences aligned with Makerspace Masters' curriculum.
  • Support students in developing creative prototypes, working models, and research projects.
  • Maintain and manage
    makerspace tools, kits, and safety protocols
    .
  • Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM and design thinking into regular learning.
  • Contribute to
    curriculum refinement
    , feedback loops, and content development.
  • Participate in inter-school showcases, innovation challenges, and training workshops.
  • Ensure student engagement, learning outcomes, and documentation of class progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Science, Design, or Education (STEM preferred).
  • 2–6 years of teaching / training / maker education / robotics experience.
  • Strong conceptual and hands-on knowledge of at least two areas:
    Robotics, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, AI/ML, IoT, Electronics, or Design Thinking.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a "learn-by-doing"
    attitude.
  • Passion for innovation, tinkering, and guiding students through real-world challenges.

  • Student project completion rate and innovation quality.
  • Classroom engagement and feedback scores.
  • Maintenance and operational readiness of lab equipment.
  • Collaboration with school faculty and adherence to Makerspace Masters' methodology.
