**Reporting to: Head of Sales**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors Liaison Bank operates as mentioned above.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in residential, industrial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
- **Documentation**: Draft and type proposals, contracts, and other business correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- **Multilingual Communication**: Engage with clients in **English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati** to cater to a diverse clientele.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct sales visits, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- **Mobility**: Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities (**owning a bike is preferable**).

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Age**: Below 25 years.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in field sales, preferably within the sectors Liaison Bank serves.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in drafting and typing business documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in **English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati**:

- **Additional Requirements**:

- Ownership of a **bike** is preferable for ease of travel during field visits.
