As a Telecaller for Interior Design to Production Software, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs in the realm of interior design, and introducing them to our innovative software solution tailored to streamline the design to production process. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and facilitate the conversion of prospects into satisfied customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for understanding customer requirements, and a passion for interior design and software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner, understanding their pain points, and effectively communicating how our software can address their needs and enhance their workflow.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our software solution, emphasizing its ability to streamline interior design processes from conception to production.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales cycle, providing additional information, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process towards conversion.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
- Knowledge or interest in interior design concepts and processes.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the software or interior design industry.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
