We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Marketer to join our team at AdVantage Digital Academy. As a Tele Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollment and promoting our digital marketing courses to potential students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
- Provide information about our digital marketing programs, curriculum, and benefits to potential students.
- Answer inquiries from prospective students and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and achieving sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in digital marketing to effectively communicate the value of our courses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the education or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to help others succeed in the field.
