
Telemarketing Executive

**Out bound calls** - Initiation of out bound calls to potential customers from data Base furnished and generated.
- **Lead generation** - Computer proficiency, to generate accurate and relevant data base of clients falling within our scope of services offered, and sort and filter data bases. Identify and qualify leads through phone conversation, understanding client’s needs, and gathering information about suitable prospects to offer convincing business suggestions.
- **Persuasion/ Sales Pitch** - To develop gentle, refined, but professional sales pitch focused on addressing specific customer needs and to gather the ability of being persuasive without being pushy. Ability to articulate clearly features of our scope of services to convince clients for acceptance.
- **Customer relationship Management **- To focus on building and engaging clients and fostering a close, professional work relation, and deep bond with client, by routine follow up calls, good will calls, courtesy calls, and work out skills for forging customized service to earn complete conviction of client and strong client retention.
- **Time Management** - Maintain punctuality in meeting set schedules of calls, follow ups, communication, gathering/ giving feedback, troubleshooting etc.
- **Reporting** - Proper and prompt maintenance of data base and record of activities, interaction, leads, outcomes, requirements, to prepare an invaluable, correct, and relevant data base to the company, regularly updated, and facilitating identifying trends and lending to strategic decision making.
- **Zeal to achieve set targets** - Ability, determination, energy levels, confidence, and unflagging enthusiasm to achieve set targets
- **Good negotiation and client servicing skills**:
- To facilitate trouble shooting by coordinating with allied departments to address all needs of clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication skills** - Emphasis on proficiency in English read, write, speak and familiarity with British accents with basic bachelor’s degree.
- Pleasant, polite, and professional phone manners.
- Persuasive ability to pursue without tiring self or irritating the client.
- Ability to strategize and forge customized solutions, to meet exact needs and requirements of client, within our scope of services and infrastructure.
- **Basic computer proficiency**:
- **Ability to multi task** - to handle calls, manage customer enquiries, and peruse and input data base.
- **Result oriented** - Self-motivated, and driven, to focus and attain set targets
- **Adaptability **- Be flexible, and resilient for changing market dynamics and varying client preferences.
- **Energy levels** - Ability and willingness to work in British Time zones.
- **Collaborative approach** - Capacity to build and coordinate and maintain good equation and professional interpersonal relationship with allied support departments like operations, HR, and Finance.
- **Prior experience** - Some prior experience in telemarketing desirable though not essential.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
