**Position overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and align them with IT solutions.
**Technical Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with telecalling equipment and relevant sales software.
**Communication Skills**:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Clear and professional telephone and business etiquette.
**Interpersonal Skills**:
- Positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Patience and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
- Time Management & Multitasking.
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Skilled in handling multiple clients while maintaining accurate records.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
**Eligibility**:
- Education: MBA or Relevant Degree.
- Experience: 3 Years overall (minimum 1.5 Years in IT Sales).
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English.
