**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bhopal. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through telephone interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Support
- Strong Sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in telesales or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,479.51 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
