Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving sales growth. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and passion for real estate will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, investors, and property owners
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients
- Promote properties, services, and offers to clients
- Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain relationships with clients
- Answer client inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, real estate, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of real estate principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software, databases, and technology tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
