We're looking for 2 Admission Counsellors who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.

As an Admissions Counsellor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making 100+ calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile TimesPro executive programs which are in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes such as IIMs, IITs, XLRI, KJ Som etc.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software.
- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle Objections and Price to generate Sales Revenue.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to always deliver the highest levels of customer service.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
