**JOB TITLE: Sales Administration and Licensing Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
- Process worldwide license requests
- Checking that orders include the correct prices, discounts, product codes and supporting legal paperwork.
- Maintain sales records and update customer records.
- Keep track of customers’ monthly log files and follow up with customers for the missing log files.
- Support sales team members with the licensing information.
- Maintain the momentum of license delivery.
- Stay up to date with new products and features

**Required**:
- Relevant 3 Years of experience in Sales Administration.
- Must have understand standard CRM tools.
- Good communication Skills
