- Assisting customers for all payment related queries
- Assisting Accounts Head - with accounting related work
- Maintaining records and excel of all customer payments due and collection information

Required Qualifications

College Graduate (preferred)

**Required Skills**:
Payments ExecutiveVery well organised
- Polite communication
- Disciplined work ethic
- Enthusiastic work attitude
- Efficient & hardworkingKnowledge of Tally is REQUIRED
- 2 yrs experience in billing & invoicing of manufacturing company
- Knowledge of billing & invoicing process is REQUIRED
- Very proficient skills at creating and updating Excel Client management and customer service
- Client management
