Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process multiple payment types including IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and Work in Progress payments.
  • Handle cross-border payment transactions, including foreign remittance processing.
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases for payment processing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee transaction processing end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare and maintain key documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Utilize design and diagramming tools such as Figma and for process mapping and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in payment processing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of various payment types and transaction mechanisms.
  • Experience working with cross-border payments and foreign remittances.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test cases.
  • Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FSD, FRD).
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma and for documentation and process visualization.
