Job Title: Drayage Freight Broker (Commission-Based)

Location: Mohali

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Drayage Freight Brokerage

We are seeking genuine and experienced Drayage Freight Brokers with proven sales performance (minimum $5,000+ monthly sales, not inflated or fake numbers). The role is commission-based, ideal for self-driven professionals with strong industry connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage relationships with drayage carriers, shippers, and customers.

Generate consistent sales of $5,000+ with authentic business.

Negotiate competitive rates and secure profitable deals.

Coordinate drayage shipments and ensure smooth pickup & delivery.

Track loads and provide timely updates to clients.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and contracts.

**Requirements**:*

Proven experience in Drayage Freight Brokerage (mandatory).

Consistent track record of minimum $5,000+ genuine monthly sales.

Strong network of shippers and carriers in drayage operations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently (commission-based role).

**Compensation**:*

Commission-Based (high earning potential).

No fixed salary; payout directly linked to performance.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
