**Position**: Freight Agent (US Process)
**Location**: Mohali
**Shift**: Night Shift
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year as Freight Agent / Freight Broker (US process only)
**Salary**: Hike from last CTC + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations
- Source loads and negotiate with shippers & carriers
- Maintain strong client & carrier relationships
- Manage load boards and ensure timely delivery

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in US freight operations (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of US geography, lanes, and freight platforms
- Willingness to work night shift from office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
