Visual Designer at Crux Intelligence

- You will be the gatekeeper of the user Interface i.e. visual language of the app, web and mobile design systems, and all interaction patterns.
- You will further extend the (new) brand language which will see its implications on the company website, sales pitch, and marketing collaterals.
- You will audit and rely on User-Centered Design Principles, Gestalt Principles, and Nielson's Heuristics
- You will coach others and establish processes to deliver well-designed interfaces and simple solutions
- You will, over time, create and own a comprehensive knowledge base documenting philosophies and approach to design different features, for different platforms, for different users.
- You will be working very closely with product, research, development, and customer success teams to ensure the success of your project.
**Salary**: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
