About the role

We're looking for a
Design graduate

with strong fundamentals in visual and interaction design to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career but with experience working on
consumer-facing apps

at a
reputed design agency

. You'll collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to craft intuitive, visually compelling experiences that reflect our brand.

What you'll own

Visual & Brand Design

  • Develop original visual content including illustrations, icons, banners, infographics, and social media creatives
  • Uphold and evolve our visual identity across all platforms and formats
  • Translate marketing and product needs into powerful, user-friendly visual narratives
  • Design assets for campaigns, presentations, web/mobile, and videos
  • Work on packaging and offline collaterals when required

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, growth, and marketing teams to design for campaigns and key initiatives
  • Collaborate with agencies, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive brand execution
  • Contribute to our design system and visual asset library

Creative Problem Solving

  • Bring strong design hygiene — attention to detail, layout precision, and visual balance
  • Stay grounded in design principles while experimenting with creative ideas
  • Keep up with trends in consumer design, fintech, and digital branding

Who you are:

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic/visual design, ideally from a
    design agency background
  • A formal education in design

(Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, etc.)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual fundamentals and consumer app work
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Bonus: motion graphics/video editing, UI/UX exposure, or experience with After Effects/Premiere Pro

  • Detail-oriented with a love for clean, modern, and consumer-friendly aesthetics
  • Comfortable iterating quickly and incorporating feedback constructively
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects at once
