**Visual Designer**

We are a new age creative agency producing engaging and interactive digital experiences for industry leading brands to fulfil their marketing objectives.

**Job Role**:Visual Designer

**Purpose of the role**: As a Visual Designer at Exhibit 360, you will be working with our creative team to conceptualize, visualize and design interactive brand experiences and customer experiences for forward thinking brands.
- Study and learn about our clients’ Identity, Positioning, Styling, and other attributes from their brand guidelines.
- Visualize concepts and mood-boards based on ideas relevant for the project.
- Implementing modern design principles and design systems to design intuitive and attractive user interfaces.
- Ideate and develop wireframes, process-flows and storyboards.
- Develop high-fidelity responsive designs based on the approved concepts and ideas.
- Presenting your solutions and designs to team members and project stakeholders.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Design/Art
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience of visual design

**Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality, passion and enthusiasm for design.
- Team player with ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to team members
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working on projects.
- Being open to feedback and willing to adapt the designs to meet business objectives.

**Job Location**:
Mahim, Mumbai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹475,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
