Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Visual Designer at Blink:
**On any given day you might**
- Be responsible for the creation of online visual design, typography, infographics, motion graphics, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms
- Be responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project
- Be responsible for a wider range of projects, including interactive websites, mobile apps, social media, animation and motion graphics.
- Execute top quality design work as necessary in alignment with the agency’s standards and client expectations
- Work closely with the creative team consisting of Art directors, Copywriters, Interaction designers, Technologists as well as Account Managers to develop integrated advertising and digital marketing campaigns.

- Is comfortable working with and presenting to clients across various industries and levels
- Has a collaborative work ethic and easy going nature
- Takes constructive criticism with ease and grace
- Has a naturally curious mind and passion for interactive media
- Is an experienced multi-tasker and is not intimidated by the thought of juggling multiple projects and tasks at once

**You bring**
- 2-3 years of experience in visual design or other relevant fields of design
- Formal design training with a solid foundation in typography, layout & general design
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- A passion for photography is a plus
