Your Mission:

- Manage LinkedIn Presence: Oversee and manage TransForm Solutions' LinkedIn

company page and the LinkedIn profiles of key team members to enhance our online

presence.
- Generate Quality Leads: Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to

generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content tailored for LinkedIn to

attract and engage our target audience.
- Profile Optimization: Optimize the LinkedIn profiles of team members to ensure

they reflect our brand and highlight our expertise.
- Engage with Audience: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and

participate in relevant LinkedIn groups to increase visibility and foster connections.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn ad campaigns to

drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to

expand the network of our team members, creating a strong employer brand and

effective sales funnels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the

effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align

LinkedIn strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest LinkedIn marketing trends, tools, and best

practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
