**About the Role**:
We are looking for a results-driven **LinkedIn Expert** to elevate our brand presence, lead generation, and thought leadership on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn strategies that support our business goals, whether through organic growth, content strategy, lead generation, or paid advertising.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy aligned with business objectives
- Optimize company and individual LinkedIn profiles for visibility and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, articles, videos, etc.) tailored to target audiences
- Manage and grow the LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant prospects, partners, and stakeholders
- Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns (if applicable), monitor performance, and optimize for ROI
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach and engagement tactics
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversion rates) and report regularly
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm updates, trends, and best practices

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn profiles (personal and/or business)
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager (optional but preferred)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator, Shield, or similar
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing or social media strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past LinkedIn successes
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or outreach tools (e.g., Expandi, Lemlist)
