**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn page and employee advocacy efforts.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Write, curate, and schedule engaging posts, articles, polls, and company updates.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and LinkedIn algorithm updates to improve content performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful connections.
- Track and report on LinkedIn metrics (impressions, engagement, followers, clicks, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing/design/content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Optimize company page SEO, profile description, banners, and featured sections.
- Identify and connect with key influencers, industry pages, and relevant groups.
- Support HR and employer branding efforts by promoting culture, hiring posts, and milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing professional LinkedIn pages or campaigns.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Understanding of LinkedIn analytics, tools, and content best practices.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and branding (basic Canva skills a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or LinkedIn Scheduler is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
