**Position**: Inside Sales Expert (Cruise Sales / B2C )
**Experience**: 1 to 5 years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 32
**Industry**: Travel & Tourism - Cruise Sales

**Prefer -** Excellent Communication only

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **inside sales** or telesales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury services sector
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Ability to engage and convert potential leads via phone and digital platforms
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Company, generate interest, and **close sales on the call**:

- Clearly communicate cruise packages, features, benefits, and pricing
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable cruise options
- Address customer queries with up-to-date and accurate product information
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to share strategies and improve conversion rates
- Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings
- Stay updated on industry trends, offers, and service enhancements
- Maintain a **professional and customer-centric approach** in all interactions
