Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Gurugram Company: RMT Engineering About RMT Engineering: RMT Engineering is a technology-driven solutions provider offering products and services designed to optimize business operations, including OptiML CRM, QMS, KMS, BOT, DataLens, and Analytics . We work with global clients across multiple industries, helping them enhance efficiency and business performance through digital transformation. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through cold calling , initial client outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for the business development team. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct cold calls to potential clients across targeted industries and geographies. · Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points. · Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales or pre-sales teams. · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings. · Follow up on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing-generated leads. · Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. · 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / B2B cold calling / lead generation (preferably in IT, SaaS, or Engineering solutions). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). · Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured sales conversations. · Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: · Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). · Experience in selling software, automation, or engineering technology solutions . · Exposure to international markets (US, Europe, or APAC). · Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo , or similar lead databases.
