We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive with a focus on Conference Production and Event Coordination.

**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Executive at Kinfos Events Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, speakers, sponsors, and attendees, and assisting in the planning, production, and execution of events. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Assist Conference Production**: This involves helping to plan and execute conferences.It may include tasks like researching potential conference topics, identifying target audiences, and contributing to the overall event strategy.

2.**Inviting Speakers**: You would be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential speakers or presenters for the conference. This includes crafting invitations, managing communication, and coordinating their participation in the event.

3.**Event Coordination**: This is a broad category that includes a range of tasks such as venue selection, scheduling, and making sure all the elements of the event run smoothly. This role could also involve coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

6.**Content Development**: Depending on the event, you might be involved in creating or curating content for the conference, such as presentations, agendas, and promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in International customer service, event coordination, or conference production is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
